KPLU Leadership Circle members spent an evening with NPR Weekend Edition Saturday host Scott Simon on May 8 at Spazzo Restaurant in Bellevue. He talked about his experiences in war-ravaged Sarajevo and his new novel, "Pretty Birds", which is set there. Then on May 9, KPLU Weekend Saturday Edition host Jeremy Richards co-hosted an appearance by Scott Simon at University of Washington's Kane Hall.
